Probably should've shot this one sooner - sat in the safe for 7 years.

    I just be missing something. To me those would translate to 6 to 12 inch groups at a 100 yards. That rifle should be capable of a lot better groups that that. Barrel clean, action screws tight, scope mounts tight, crown undamaged? Don't mean to be a critical pain in the a$$, but I bet you can cut those groups size by 80%. Bob

    Screw loose behind the gun.
    I'm sure if I put it in a lead sled that would be one hole.
    I don't own a lead sled.

    Don't sell yourself short. After more thought I figure you have a parallax problem using that scope at 25 yards. The scope is probably set to correct parallax at 100 yards. Bet if you try it at 100 the groups may improve a bit.. Bob
