Frontier/Yahoo Mail Help Please
Thought someone might know the answer here. I use the Frontier/Yahoo simplified version of email for dummies I guess you would call it, not the newer more complex version. They call it "Basic Mail".
Before I forward a email I usually click at beginning of emails i receive in original message and hit control/delete after I get a cursor. To the right of "hide original message" is | edit (blue letters). The only way to get a cursor is to click on edit. Then i can do control/delete and blast emails that I don't want to forward on. Problem is as soon as I click on edit I get cursor but all my graphics and pictures get deleted. Is there a way to delete these emails without loosing my graphics and pictures in original email?
My hearing is pretty bad so i called Frontier's chat line and after taking forever she said it was a Yahoo problem. Called number she gave me and after going thru security and accent from India I guess, he said it is a Frontier problem not a Yahoo problem. Any help greatly appreciated.-------Ray
