    Good hunting!!!
I've been on my current lease since 2003, and every few years we have had to go up on the dues. The lessors have gone up on their prices by 4% the last 2 years in a row. We had a board meeting today and we will have to go up to $950 a member this year. We have 5800 acres in SW Arkansas, not all from the same owners. With a limit of 50 members (only 38 right now), we are one of the best outfitted clubs around here. We have a big clubhouse, walk-in cooler, processing room, covered skinning shed, camper spots with power and water, and lots of deer and hogs.

Have y'all considered planting chestnut trees to help draw in deer, and to provide good nutrition for your deer herd?
