Mark, her house is a handicap accessible double wide with a garage added. She can exit her van in the garage and a lift brings her up to the kitchen level. The front windows sills are extra low so she can see out from her chair.It is on my property.3 -

That is Awesome!! Now I can locate "Spruce Run Mountain," drive around until I find/locate your house - in order to repair/rebuild my chainsaws, or have you sell me one of your (30?) rebuilt Stihls. See you soon Jim. 😮

I have lived my entire life in cities where a 1/4 acre lot was a big yard, and all the new housing is on 1/8 lots. And the houses are $400K and up. It is hard to believe that there are still places like this with all that open land. I envy you. 0 -
I was born in Tennessee Jellico but most of dads and moms families lived around powell valley eagan , and surrounding area
we use to visit some of the families when I was a young fellow honest now I would have no idea who or where any of them were and they sure would not know me .. .
growing up I always wanted to move back I loved the hills and laid back life and basic do what ever I wanted life stile they had
( maybe as seen thru a kids eyes ) but it just never came to be . grew up in Ohio always had decent jobs and had our family
I still love to go driving and sight seeing thru the mountains but moving back will never come to be . maybe when I die they can haul me or my ashes back to the old family grave yard up in the middle of no where ( Leach mountain ) its a nice thought any way0 -

You need to locate the proper area in which to live. (Like JimDeere & I have both chosen to do.) You stated you "have lived you entire lfe in Cities." I chose not to do so.
Lots of property, woods and mountains all around, good neighbors (prepped and looking out for each other) and a good large/muscular protective dog. What more do you need?

That's depressing. I'll never live in a craphole city again, country living is where it's at.
