Not sure what kind I am. Went back and forth a lot and still am unsure.

I am a mix. Most of the dialogue I have in my brain can switch from talking out loud to not and keep right on going. It's not like there is a constant dialogue. I can shut it off if I want. And I can see pictures of text, objects, even have music play in my head. I have often wondered and have even asked a few bilingual folks which language they think in. All of the responses are that it really just depends. 0 -

I "hear" every word I read, just like I am talking but with no sound. I also tend to break down mechanical objects and visualize how all of the components work together. It bugs me if I don't know how something operates. That's probably why I disassembled everything I could get my hands on as a kid (and still do!). 0 -
I know people with verbal diarrhea. If they're thinking it, it comes out their mouth. 3
