Why would the inability to conduct election activities of the Democrat Party cause the state of Iowa to be "removed from early voting"?

The Republican Party did not have any problems.

It doesn't appear that the "mess" was caused by the state - only one specific party.

For that matter, why does the Party of Democrats have any voting activities anyway? They just choose who they want to put on the ballot after giving members of their party the illusion they have a say in it.
