IS it Cold Enough

I hate to wear pants/ jeans.    I work next to home and  don't feel the need to  dress up?
I was at a Cave City , KY  Proud Committee meeting last night, and one of the council members said that hey should take up a collection to buy me long pants, I had my shorts on feeling comfy.
It has to be really cold !!! or snowing for me to change to pants.    Jeans rub on my knee replacement scars and aggravates me.
Well it's 32 degrees (not that cold) and it snowed today ( 1") so I'm now wearing Pants.   It's only a 50ft Commute to work.  So now I'm setting in the office sweating (70 degrees), I might have to turn the Air Conditioner on. Or open the doors

    just the opposite for me, I have played/walked 18 holes in 90 degree plus summer heat in jeans 3-4 days week. got sun poisining one year can't take sun on legs, burn to easy anymore, guess that carried over as anything under 50 degrees feels like freezing to me anymore............

    Jeans AND long underwear from November to April. My skinny legs can’t take the cold. I see guys at the gas pumps wearing shorts in winter, I want to throat punch ‘em.

    I'm from Indiana (hoosier) and  the  temperature  down  in Southern Ky  about 200 miles  runs  10-15%  difference.  So this is nothing  to what I'm used to.  Think I shoveled  2-3" of  snow last year.

    For some of us not wearing shorts is a public service.  Perhaps that is what they were telling you.

    Our Michigan winters dictate full cover over the legs but I do sleep in the raw.  Cannot sleep wearing anything!  It is also a good 2nd defense against prowlers.

    I will wear shorts and a tshirt all winter unless I’m headed to town .. then I will wear pants

    It appears that a lot of guys in Kentucky are not wearing pants these days. It's no wonder they can't get a good football team at UK.  :D
