Pressing Question

Unfortunately, I continue to reside in our great state of California.
I have a chance to purchase a Glock 30 gen3. I can see the 30 on the DOJ firearm roster but not specifically the gen3. My question is, can I legally buy this model Glock?  Calling the DOJ is futile!
