sharps falling block

this sharps has an 11.5 in bbl  (a line throwing gun)... item   i didnt buy but i am curious what the experts think

its a Cartridge / my bet is 50-70    would this be ok since its 1860?  or would this be an nfa class III

  Believe it would be legal has far as the feds were concerned. But have to concerned, in the states & cities controlled by the lefties. I'm sure you would wind up in jail. And be paying big bucks, to some crooked lawyer to get you sprung.

  I have seen several line throwing guns in 45-70. None like that one.
