We need to "cut off the $$," to most/if not all of those Country's. They do not Respect us, they do not co-operate with us, they do not share Intelligence with us, they do not want us in their Country, (I can understand that.) Screw "Nation Building." Buh-Bye.......................................

They also, do not need our $$, due to Petro dollars. Time to leave them on their own.
