Some of the image hosting sights require a log-in not only to upload pictures, but also to view the item(s). The best way to check is after you have items uploaded, either open the link on another PC. Or, if one is not available, log out of the site with your browser of choice. Then, either switch browsers and open it back up, or use "In-Private Browsing" in I.E., "New Private Window" in Firefox, and "New Incognito Window" in Chrome.
