What do they consider a large boulder if this is a small boulder?

I wanted to give a large answer the size of a small answer but it wouldn't fit in this large reply box the size of a small reply box.

Bag o blasting powder on each side, and push the rubble off the road with a snowplow.

Falling Rock is the most famous Indian Chief ever.  They're still watching for him.

The bigger the boulder, the more news worthy it will be!  The results of a large one is FLAT or SPLAT. Just ask ole Wile E. Coyote about that! :D
By the way, I'd like to have that one in the picture for some front yard landscaping here.

I have my 10mm and can take care of that for DOT if they would like for me to.

But they will need to erect a couple "LOOSE GRAVEL" signs.

    Double post

    I hate the new format.

Where is the server located? My 10mm can fix that as well.

That's a small one. The one that landed in a SW Colorado road back in May was the size of a house. It is so large the governor told CDOT to leave it where it is and reroute the road around it.

I like how you think and your caliber of choice. ;-)

That is yet another would-be problem for which C-4 is the clear and obvious fix.
