5G and Battle-space Dominance and who/what is going to be first?

The brave new world and who or what gets there first is the question.When it does then how are our forms of governments going to change with it? Is it really going to be immaculate in all forms for mankind? I doubt it.  But It will be better than nanosecond trading on Wall Street, after all war is man's greatest invention to dominate all things in the heavens as well as the the quantum level of perfection?
