Intermitten problem
Click on forum in either spot. Works ok. Click on General Discussions and 50% of time bounces me back to Auctio Side instead of opening. Any others with this problem?

No, has been working well for me. Maybe the computer sees you're not buying enough stuff on the auction side? 3 -
But, but I buy lots of stuff. 0 -
It hasn't happened to me; and I'm checking on all of the sub-forums on a regular basis.
One of the complaints about the last forum (previous to this one) was that there was no means of getting from the forum to the auction site- or at least not that anyone knew of.0 -
No problems here.... 0 -

Where is edit button on this new system? Can't seem to find it. 0 -
Look in the upper right corner and you'll see a gear. Click that gear and you'll have the option to edit or delete. 0 -

Hi Mark, I don't see an option to delete there. I think that's another one of the "mods can, but regular joe can't" type of issue.0 -
I stand corrected. In the previous forums, using the admin controls required a separate log on. In this forum the admin controls are "hot" all of the time. 3 -

if this is recent, i am having similar issues on my yahoo mail accounts---both directly using the windows 7 system, which ended its support last week late. my yahoo mail will not do and secondary steps- forward, reply, or delete in any category..my win10 system is being repaired is why i'm stuck with the win 7 usage 0 -
I just hate change. Still haven't bought a micro-wave

Flying Clay Disk said:One glitch I've noticed is, if you quote someone and then realize it's not the proper person, you can't get rid of the quote in the response box short of deleting the text, and then the text box itself. Even if you close GBGD and reopen it, and then hit the "quote" on the correct person you want to quote, the old quote will show up. Refresh won't fix this either. The other thing I noticed the other night (maybe Saturday night, about the same time as the paragraphing (presumably normal.dot as a template) spacing showed up is, a bunch of the emoticons went away, and the ones which replaced them are significantly larger. I'd rather have more smaller emoticons, than less huge ones. Large emoticons screw up your line spacing.
Hey FCD, a couple things A) I petitioned GB marketing to switch back to this text entry box interface because the layout of the buttons and options seems more straight forward. You can blame me. I apologize if you do not like it, but I did not know about the behavior differences and availability of the emoticons. If you want additional ones they can be hard coded in, I'm told.B ) you are correct about how to delete a quote from you response, however, one of the nuances to the input box is that it does (both the old and the new) automatically save drafts and anything you get saved into a draft will show up until you go and delete the draft.
If you have a draft and want to delete it, it will show up in the listing here:
If you have a draft comment, a "My Drafts" option appears there and you can go and delete it.

Don't know why Marks comment and mine mixed together without a break in between for quote. Not the way it use to be? 0 -

Note that this comment entry user interface includes a toggle to allow you to see the "reveal codes" as it were, of the formatting. If you click the button with the arrow pointing to it (shown in the image below), you can see all the coding and perhaps better tell where to enter your comment so that it does not show within the quoted text box.

Ok, sounds crazy but here goes. If I come thru Foxfire no problems. If I come thru Chrome and jump on General Discussions too fast it will bounce me back to Auction Side without opening comments. If I give it about 10 seconds before clicking on General Discussions, comments will open up without bouncing me back to Auction Side. Make sense anyone? 0 -
In the early days of phase 2.01, like two weeks ago, off on the right and middle was around three options and settings. One was hiding signatures and I did. Has anyone seen this fleeting box? I thought I was promoted 0
