Missing dollar???
Three guys rented a room and the desk clerk charged them $30. When the manager returned he told the desk clerk he should have charger $25. He gave the desk clerk $5 to return to the guests. On his walk to return the $5 he kept $2 thinking the guests would not know any better. Thus each guest was returned $1. So instead of paying $10 each for the room they payed $9. 3x9 = $27. and the desk clerk kept $2 totaling $29. Where is the other $1

Three men who had inherited 19 camels from their father were trying to figure out how to divide them up as had been requested.The oldest was to get half the herd, middle son one fourth, and the youngest one fifth. There is no missing dollar. The three guys paid $30 and were refunded $3 and $2 in the pocket of the clerk equal $25 which was the amount due minus the refund and theft. 3 -
