Mine did that a couple of weeks ago. A new battery fixed it.

My old LG flip phone from TracFone has been working fine for going on 5 years now. I buy the one year,400 minutes card every year from Walmart and always get double minutes from them. Only costs a C note.

MY wife wanted another phone just like mine but had to buy another model because T|F doesn't sell the LG's anymore. Hers is a POS that does not tell you how many minutes or time remaining on your phone. She has to access an account online to get that information.

I will do everything I can to keep my ole LG up and running!

Cell...more f...ed up than the medical industry.

I keep getting a bill fro us cellular for 75 cents. It arrives the same day as the statement that says I have credit.

I tape 3 quarters on the bill and scribble obscenities all over then mail it back.

This began when they suggested I upgrade - I consented, then they shut me off for a week.

I'm on my second old LG flip phone (submerged the first one) using a $15/month Verizon plan. I have accumulated something like 100 hours of air time because I turn it on only once a month to delete the text message that says I bought more air time. It'll hold a full charge for months.

I dread the day when I am forced to go to some kind of "smart" phone but when I do, it'll be the simplest and least capable one they sell.

My 6 month old phart phone went on strike today. No idea why but it just stopped receiving/making calls. When Grouch Attack got home, I handed it to her and suggested she see what the problem might be. 15-20 minutes of wiping, swiping, poking, and fiddling and it suddenly began working again. Maybe it was cold and just needed to be cuddled for a while.

Really instills a level of confidence that I can't describe in public. Worthless piece of crap is a good starting point.

Mine got hot in the truck and I think that killed the battery the other day. It would not come on till it finally cooled off to room temp.
