    Taking the human out of the equation and out of danger is a danger unto itself.

    If there is no risk to our people, it is conceivable and likely that force will be used when other options remain available.

    We face the same problem with the militarization of our police forces.

    Exactly, Don. Just look at how convenient it was for Obama to use drones for attacks when we wouldn't have wanted to put humans in harm's way to do the same task.


    This is one time I actually agree with Serf, it's moving us ever closer to a skynet scenario. Not that I think computers will go off on their own accord, but that governments will attack even their own citizens with zero concern over whether the police/military will comply with unconstitutional orders.
