Nieve question prehaps, but if all student loans are forgiven does that mean the schools don't receive what's due them?

It will be UTOPIA ! to the max extreme. Hell any illegal here in Illinois is given free college and all expenses paid, because they "deserve" a chance. Quote from the bloated pig Prickster. At my Drs. office Tuesday, I have a lapse in insurance, they TOLD me to make sure I bring payment, but while I was there an illegal came in and NO CHARGE, I mean what's wrong with the liberal view as long as YOU don't have to pay.
