My 2020 expected gun buys
I will be rounding out the dangerous black rifles well ahead of the election.
next I’d like to pick up a new Glock 44 (22lr).
Last I think I need to have a new toy, the Dan Wesson DWX in .40 to use as a USPSA Limited gun with major power factor.
I am going to make a run at USPSA Nationals this year in Carry Optic with my Gen5 Glock 34. We shall see.
DWX - Dan Wesson
A melding of Dan Wesson and CZ pistols. Borrowing the crisp single action fire control group of a DW 1911 and combining it with the ergonomics and capacity of a CZ.

Like the DW, DW.

let us know where and when the match will be held.
Me, I’m looking at a 357 lever win or marlin or Chippa ... or mebe a G44...

Don't need anything or even want anything. Sometimes I get stuff in and start thinking man this is nice, I should take it home. Usually I come to my senses in an hour or so and list it for sale. Of course if I see a deal then that's different. I will probably continue to pick up good Ar15's if the price is right. We will see 2013 prices again I think.

I have a Tanfoglio Witness Elilte Limited in .45, when I bought the pistol it was my firs time finding out the difference a good trigger makes in shot placement.

I really need to get rid of some stuff.

Why the Dan Wesson? You could pick up a Glock 35 for less money and have something you're already very familiar with.
Granted, the 35 isn't the eye candy that the DW is, and will need some trigger work, but you've already proven that the Glock platform works well for you.
Not raggin' on you, WB, just curious.

gonna find me either a semi, preferred or a pump, maybe both in 28ga before squirrell season starts this fall. my shoulder doesn't like the 12's anymore. also want to go on a pheasant/grouse hunt this fall, if they get my hip straightened out this spring.......

It probably won't happen until 2021 I'm looking at the most unpractical gun I don't need but really want and that is the Big Horn Armory 500 Smith lever gun

I have a friend who is big into 28ga guns. I have shot a few of his and the Benelli Ultra Light is a sweet shooting gun. My favorite 28 he has is a Franchi O/U.

I have really no expected buys, just whatever may come down the pike that I like and at a price I'm willing to pay, which most times is considerably below "market" value.
Guns I would like, in no particular order:
4" N frame S & W
7-1/2 inch Ruger Super Blackhawk
Shiloh Sharps 45-110 or 45-120
2011 X 10mm
2011 .45
Short barreled(officers model?)1911
I would like to make a fake 1897 trench gun.

There is really nothing I need and I have more guns than I can hunt with. I do like to hunt with different old shotguns, reminds me of the history involved.
Though I don't really need it I've wanted a 22 Hornet for a long time. I am considering a CZ Lux model. Another I want is a 28ga English style sxs. I have 28 gauges in semi-auto and single shot but have wanted the sxs for a long time.
I need to get a shot barrel for the 1100 I bought a few weeks ago.

Trying to lay off buying any guns. I want to save up and get a good clay thrower.

In 2019 I only bought 1 gun, but I did some upgrades to the ones I had and added some other hobbies that took my money.
The gun I bought was a Remington Express 870 20 gauge. It has the shorter barrel and full length tube and was cerekoted in a nice tungsten finish. I then purchased a set of ghost ring night sights and had them installed. That is one really nice little set-up now.
I'm thinking I will probably do something similar this year. I would like to do some upgrades to my Glock 40 10mm and get a nice holster for that. I'd also like to buy some more spare parts for my wife and I's SD9VE's. I found a place online that sells spare springs, followers, pins, etc., and started purchasing a few items last year. Seeing we both have 1 of them, I'd like to have all the parts on hand to fix them myself, if need be.
That being said, I still wouldn't mind finally buying parts or a complete upper and assembling my AR10 rifle. I've had a lower for a few years now, but haven't gotten around to funding the build yet. Mainly because I'm not sure what caliber I want to go with yet.
