I was doing some room/building clearing in Iraq. I ended up as the Number 1 man and I went in the room. Some AH grabed my M4...............He got a Flash Hider in the throat, a kick in the crotch and a head stomp.
The best way to retain your gun is get crazy on someones butt or shoot them.
I know a few guys who were transporting POWs in a CH-47. The AH's decides to get frisky 2 went out the ramp at 500' the others calmed down.
Sometimes the best way to convince someone you mean business is to go Apache on them😉

Yeah, SAM06, I saw a few VC "fall" out of HUEYs back in '66-'67. I figure they jumped.
