There is no way I could ever get in that car and not play with it a little. Too much temptation. I had a corvette and several Z 28's back in my youth and the passion still lingers to get behind the wheel of one and mash down on the throttle.

I think a stern warning would have been more appropriate than getting the young guys fired.
As if that cop hasn't raced across town with his lights flashing and siren blasting in his cruiser just in order to not have to stop for traffic. I saw 2 cops doing that very thing this week on Tara Blvd. they came flying by me running traffic lights and then turned everything off just before they got to the Clayton Clayton Police Station and turned into the parking lot like 2 good little boys.

Back when speed limit was double nickle my dad nailed a sheriff's deputy at 95+. No lights, no siren, he was late for breakfast in Strong City with his bud's. He didn't make it. His cruiser was towed and he got to cool his heels in jail.
