The Nuclear family is dead and single mothers with Children with deadbeat Dads is the new normal! Of course The destruction of all good paying manufacturing jobs By A.I. is a factor too!
More free government childcare and bigger Tax cuts as head of households and more debtor jail space for non-paying child support dads. You gotta love it because you can't leave! Now if we could find all those diverse dads where Mom can't remember who daddy is would not help either and of course all the illegal mommies coming over the border doesn't help much too for hard working Tax-payers paying the bills for it all!

The last time women outnumbered men on nonfarm payrolls was during a stretch between June 2009 and April 2010. Perhaps our good economy with record low unemployment is opening up more non-traditional jobs for females as employers struggle to hire staff. Maybe the increase in wages has encouraged more female job seekers. Bob

Or perhaps that traditional male jobs are being replaced by Artificial Technology and women with equal rights have taken many jobs that were held by middle class men in the past for themselves and with child support they just dump the men instead of supporting them. With all the free welfare & child care given it is a win win for them and just have a boyfriend or two instead.

Well that helps me understand why so little gets done and what does get done is WRONG.
I'm dealing with "one of those females" right now. She's changed her last name 3 times within 18 months, claims to have "mind numbing migraines", and has to sit in the dark for hours during her supposedly "work day". She "missed" an important email on 12/19/2019 causing an inexcusable delay in processing some hiring paperwork and now is too "distraught" over something to even assist with hiring (which is what she's supposedly paid to do alone).
She claims her ex-husband divorced her because she didn't get pregnant and she doesn't understand why he's upset. It might have gone better if she wasn't 70# overweight and didn't resort to a whining fit at every little hiccup.
