  Well congress passed The Secret Terrorism Court system FISA! What did you expect? That the power would not be used for political power? There are no checks or balances in government anymore. Congress is nothing but a bought off system of a corrupt power center now under guise of a free election's system for all. The supreme court is why in a big way also!
