    On my desk top it asks if I want to open or save your link. If I click open it wants me to use Office to open it. I do not have Office on this computer so it will remain a mystery to me. Bob

    It's a Microsoft Word format file. I think there are other programs that can open it (and probably even Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer will show its contents), but yeah. Sorry.

    I will have to take you at your word that there is a lot of transgender prostitution in Washington State.

    Allow me to slightly digress by highly recommending Libre Office. It does everything the MicroShaft suite does - and more. It will read or save in a plethora of formats, runs flawlessly, and is totally free.
