Looks like they have done away completely with the post counts.
BTW I don't like the new format.

    I'm glad to see it gone and hope it isn't restored. A considerable amount of admin time was spent dealing with members bitching and moaning about their post count; either not being correct or not getting "credit" for their posts- many of which were nothing more than a happy face.

    I couldn't care less about the post count but I always thought it was interesting to see how many times I have posted over the years and it was kind of a reminder to have a giveaway every so many post.

    The power of suggestion has brought the post count back. The last time there was a forum switch I was deluged with claims of "missing" posts.

    Just got an email telling me I'm a Level 2. Is that a NSA security risk level, or can someone explain that one?

    Since you made a point of mentioning it, there is a mandatory giveaway at 12,000 posts. As an admin you can trust me that I'm telling the truth o:) , if not the other members will surely back me up. Your own post count is currently 11897- get ready to start giving.

    I started out with none, but they have sprouted. I also started as a member, then received notice congratulating me that I was a moderator, which was followed by congratulations on being made a Forum Administrator. At this rate I should have a corner office at GBHQ by tomorrow :)

    Looks like they are there.  Give the new forum a chance,same as last go round.  Plus I'm sure there is fine tuning to be done yet.
