Well, well, well. That was not showing up a few minutes ago, but I clicked on my user ID after Mr Perfect posted this, and my "LOL" counter is working now. Life is good now!Anyone got a "promote" or an "abuse" rating yet? LOL!

It's because someone has to LOL at your content.I have no idea how to promote, or what can be promoted, for that matter.

Some of you folks are just lucky I guess. I have no anniversary badges, and I have been here more way more than 10 years. Looks like several other members are missing their anniversary badges as well. 0 -

I believe you are correct that "abuse" ratings are probably a bad thing, maybe that is what you get if a post is flagged?

That just has to do with your member status... see the three stars you have? I think there is supposed to be a way to promote someone's content.

We're already seeing posts about things that don't work or features that aren't available yet. That fits my characterization of complaining and demanding. Both are premature.

Simmer down, gentlemen. We've barely been up and running for 24 hours. Lets give it a few more days. GB Marketing, who apparently never sleeps, is working on activating more features, as well as trying to find out why some features- which should be working, don't. She emailed me this morning informing me of a few things which will be updated. In the meantime, a lot of so called features, such as badges, are "fluff" and are essentially meaningless in our particular forum.
I want GM Marketing to focus her attention on features which we can actually use- color font for instance. Members like using color in their posts, and so do I. Let's all relax and ride this out.
