Floor Liner Recommendations Sought

We have WeatherTech floor liners in our Acadia. They're pretty good, but they aren't as heavy and tough as the ones from 25 years ago.

Now, we need a set for our new Traverse, so I have a question:

Does any other manufacturer make a floor liner equal to or better than WeatherTech?

Does any other manufacturer make a floor liner equal in quality to WeatherTech, but lower in price?

    Husky, Covercraft, Smartliner make them, but none as good a WT. I sent some Husky brand back because they didn't fit right.

    I agree with this statement. When my wife got her new Pathfinder I spent hours on the web looking for an alternative and could not find one.

    I had a set of the weathertec liners and wasent pleased with the material. hard to clean and sort of porous. I traded trucks and then bought a set of huskey liners . way better fit and a lot more flexible material with a more smooth finish that is a lot easier to clean . but thats just mho.

    Take a look at LineX. They may not make them for your vehicle, but the back mats in my Tundra are far superior to the Weather Tech mats in front.

    I needed some floor mats, too, so I ordered the Husky liners. They will be my second set for a second vehicle.

    Have to add this...

    I had my vehicle detailed last summer, and the gorilla who removed my Husky mats just ripped them out, destroying the safety hold-down posts on the driver's side. I went to the Husky site, went to live chat and asked how to order some. She took my address and they were on my doorstep via UPS two days, no charge. I went back to voice my amazement. She said that replacement is free and it's a safety item, so they expedited it.

    CanNOT get better service than that.

    I bought a set of weather tech for my Lincoln town car they got sent back they fit like a pair of baggy pants

    I bought a Borg-Warner T-10 transmission from a junk yard a few years ago and it was dripping a little gear lube.The guy that ran the junk yard gave me an old floor mat to set it on in the bed of the truck.The mat was a Husky Liner that fit my Tundra perfectly.I scrubbed it with every degreaser and detergent I could think of but it still smelled of 90W gear lube.I left it out in the weather for a couple of months and it got much better,but sometimes when I get in the truck and it has been closed up in hot weather,I still get a whiff of gear lube.

    We usually buy weather tech and have been very happy with them. A while back I purchased Husky for a vehicle (since weather tech did not produce the correct fitment for that new vehicle) and the Husky heldf up as good as the weather tech.
