How do you obtain a class 3 ffl?

First, you need to be a Type 01 firearms dealer. Once you have been established as a Type 01 dealer, you can advance to Class 3 by paying thre $500 tax.

To folks new to licenses, terms like "type" or "class" may be used incorrectly. Now I'm starting to think maybe Snagel45 is really asking about how to get a Type 03 (Collector of Curios & Relics) license. If you are still with us Mr Snagle45, can you tell us exactly what you want to do?
