No Worky No Renty
Not accepting unemployment benefits. They are about to run out.

....And it's about time. Thirteen months or so ago when covid was paralyzing the world those benefits were a good thing. But now when things are improving almost daily and there are plenty of places hiring, the handouts are an excuse for refusing to work.

I can't drive by any place that isn't hiring or closed due to lack of staff. Unemployment shouldn't exist especially with Wendy's paying 12.50 an hour!

I've noticed Facebook is full of people looking for places to rent. I'm guessing that the covid rules have expired and people are forced to leave places they haven't been paying to live in. I would be hesitant to trust anyone looking for a place right now because you pretty much know they haven't been paying for the place they just left....not everyone, but it seems like a lot are this way.

Well you double security deposits and take their rent. Here in SC they get no pass unless it is low income housing.. federal housing. They pay they stay.
