Anyone else having issues listing new auctions? I cannot list for some reason. Our account is current and in good standing. Click the tab to list and nothing happens. Gunbroker support won't respond either.

Maybe restart your computer and see if it clears up whatever is going on?

Thank you for the suggestions. Restarted the computer, I deleted history, cache and cookies. Tried on Microsoft's browser and on Google Chrome. Still wont allow me to get to the listing page.

I have now also tried from a different computer and my smart phone. I can't be the only one. Weird.

I have run into that from time to time. Each time, I had to scroll up and see what required box I failed to fill in.

The new create a listing order is confusing, it would be nice if GB offered a simple template for listing basic auctions. I used to cut and paste the paragraphs from my auctions but now its all jumbled and the BR for paragraphs doesnt work anymore.

So I am thinking it’s Gunbroker’s new server. All my older auctions that were listed on the old system we can edit and relist with no problem lightning fast. Newer auctions can not relist, edit or create new ones.
Way to go Gunbroker - slow clap.

Not a problem here. Just follow the directions, Takes about 2 minutes.

Usually when it's something like that you need to clear "cookies" or something like that on your computer. I see you did that already so I don't have any advice for you other than that. When you say blank page, do you mean it's trying to load or you get a page with GB stuff just not the listing page?
I realize you are sick of hearing it but I think it's probably on your end as we haven't had any problems.

shootuadeal I get the Gunbroker top of the page, the link for how to post with the new system and all the links at the bottom just not the actual meat and potatoes of the listing template like selecting a category and so on. It’s very aggravating. Tried on my smart phone, four different computers and an iPad. With different settings and different browsers. Common denominator being Gunbroker new listings. I can’t believe I’m the only one with this issue.

Just listed three items. Go to Gunbroker home page. Click sell and there "IT" is. Good luck. Jp

I fear this thread will be closed (since support issues are not allowed to be discussed -- I've said before, I think it would be good to have a "Users supporting users" sub-forum), but just letting you know I didn't have your exact problem, but the one new listing I've done since the updated format, took me about two hours to get done! I won't go into all the details, but the old format would take me minutes; some of it may be my learning the new system, but I know the new system is somewhat "buggy."
