Benelli SuperNova 12 gauge entry with stand off device.
I've been looking for this specific variation for quite a while, so when one popped up on the GB auctions I was all over it. This has a 14" barrel with the stand-off/muzzle brake for "keyless entry", along with ghost ring sights, pistol grip and the adjustable stock:
I've had a semiauto 14" M1 entry for many years- although I can't recall the last time I blew a door off of its hinges! The new SuperNova will be a good mate for that old M1:
Benelli quality has always been- and still is, outstanding.

Mark, I was over on the auction side and went a little crazy a couple of weeks ago. I now have 5 SuperNova's to go with the one I had at home. I think the SHTF scenario is right around the corner and doubling or tripling my money always sounds good. Worst case scenario I'm wrong {imagine that!} and the poop doesn't hit the fan. I would be even happier with that result!!

Buying five SuperNovas is going a little crazy? I hate to see what would happen if you went nuts! I've always been a big fan of Benellis.

Love my M2. Shoots everything I feed it from low base 8's to 3" mag 00.

Now you just need some M1030 Breaching rounds. If you cannot find the real thing TKO makes a good breaching round. They work well and we used them quite a lot. But its hard to beat a well made and placed breaching charge.
BTW in a 4 man stack the #3 man is usually the breacher.

Its just metal compressed into a slug so it turns to powder when it hits. Back in the really old days we used #8 shot, then came baton rounds. They even made some with wooden slugs. The best use copper or aluminum and some other metal at about 1200 fps. They are used so you don't injure innocent people or hostages in the room you are entering.
I have never used a "stand off" device on the muzzle but the M26 MASS has one. We used a Knights Masterkey and to some extent the #3 guy would carry a shotgun if that was what we were going to use.

The serrations could probably be sharpened to become a decent bayonet. Of course their actual purpose is the get a "bite" on the wood surrounding the door lock or the hinges. Mossberg uses a similar device on its breeching guns. The major difference between the two is that rather than having holes, Mossberg uses slots.

I don't need to breach many doors but sure would like one o' them things on my shoot gun. Can you core apples with it?

I don't know about the apples. I do have some limes in the house, but they are reserved for vodka and tonic!
