Well..........if the ship was un-flagged........and the cargo was not properly billed as to origin and destination..........I guess WE can do that.

I guess that is one of the MANY reasons our country debt is climbing at an exponential rate. It is time to let the rest of the world do its share before there won't be a US to be able to help.
