One other thought, is the powder old? Does it smell like acetone? Is there brown dust in the can?

Winner winner chicken dinner! A rub with a dryer sheet did the trick!

I had clumping in my trickler, but saw palmetto works wonders.

A powder baffle is a good idea if you don't already have one.

You need to pay attention to this post. Smell the powder. If it has a vinegar smell or burns the hair in your nose is also a symptom of bad. It should have a Acetone sweet type smell.

No odor at all is also a sign of going bad or old powder.

I've had similar issue with H4831 powder. It would actually make moisture and corrode brass. (and the powder was not old but it had no smell and from different lot numbers. I no longer even use H4831 and it was one of my favorite powders for the larger caliber rifles. (had quite a mess reloading, pulling bullets, dumping the powder and testing for other accuracy powders)

Possibly a stabilizer has gone away (bad) or possibly even a recall on that powder lot #.

Place some in a small metal container or a beam scale powder pan and see if it clumps.

If it's static cling be careful of static spark. Use a dryer sheet to wipe your trickler.

Do not have trickler or other stuff in the vicinity of styrafoam.

Try another similar powder in your trickler, IMR4350, H4350, etc.

Let us know what you find????????????
