    the videos remind me of how old we have gotten 😯

    I agree my wife could do that at one time flex like a gumby toy 😍 . I was not so coordinated to be able to dance ( unless drunk and did not care ) but I was at least flexible . now just tying my shoe's is a workout I just cheat and leave them tied most of the time

    I did the same for a short while but kept breaking down the backs on nice shoes. I now shop far & wide for slip on shoes and boots. I think they named them "Loafers" because of guys like me! 😁


    Actually, after having my lower back bolted together with a titanium cage, I look like a wounded water buffalo when I put my socks on. A daily scene my 2 dogs enjoy watching with pure amazement! I hate socks with a passion! Come summer, I go mostly barefoot!

    I had a couple pair of slip on shoes I think my still have one pair not counting house shoes ( another sign of being old I guess ) I have a bad lower back also but nothing like yours, I feel for you . my goal put up with it with out surgery as long as possible the Dr. agrees any way my wife made fun of me and my slip on shoes but that was long before my back gave out she called them a not so political correct name (think of short bus ) so i will leave it at that .


    also watching the video again I realize I am old enough be the girls grand dad now I do feel old 😲

    Those girls are doing some serious workouts!! If they are like our 26 year old daughter after a hard run, they can all be nick named "Stinky"!!! 😂


    Things learned the hard way!! Never be the person to pickup our daughter after a marathon!! When she removes her shoes, the whole car stinks, then the BO stench hits!! (She can't wear deodorant during a marathon as it rubs her arm pits raw.) After about 30 minutes in the car the nonstop gas starts!! OMG, she has truly earned her Stinky moniker!! 😲
