Probably. If it happened to you, be patient...they’re really busy.

You're treading on thin ice here Bighead1964. There are a limited number of folks to respond to all kinds of questions. Make sure you look at the sellers feedback and bid accordingly.

IF you put in a request support then don't keep repeating it. Every time you do it moves to the bottom of the stack. Be patient.
