Here's the elephant in the room and now they will give social justice lenience to correct their plight. So what they are saying is that some black students get kick out and ignored and thus cannot get a a good education. Well see out this works out in practice instead of theory.

In the 2019-20 school year, Black students made up 21.6% of the district's enrollment and accounted for 51.6% of out-of-school suspensions. Meanwhile, Black students’ academic outcomes were worse than their peers.

“Every way we sliced the data, African American students are at the bottom, but when we look at special education and discipline, they’re at the top,” said Pam Lear, a member of the task force and Dallas ISD chief of staff and **THE RACE** equity officer.

This is unfortunate but true. He had the opportunity to unite and show the world how good things can be when skin color doesn't matter. Instead, he made every decision based on race. It was awful. It led to things like this post:

Critical race theory is simply the shifting of blame for societal problems to those that are no longer the problem.

Every thinking person knows that racism exists in all cultures. The fact that systemic and institutional racism has been virtually eliminated from the American culture is being deliberately dismissed based upon statics of outcome rather than statistics of opportunity.

There are sub-cultures in our society that are not thriving. It is a function of how that sub-culture interacts or refuses to interact with the culture that is the problem and not a problem with the culture.

The culture, meaning all Americans, does need to address this problem. Simply assigning blame based upon race does not work in pointing out the problem, nor does it work in solving the problem.

Divide and disrupt is the long term goal of Critical Race Theory.

What it boils down to is one word: Propaganda and its spread by the same DEMOCRAT apparatchik.

The "good" blacks would be better off if they weren't dragged down to the level of the ghetto trash blacks by Civil Rights.
