While sitting in an examination cubicle 10 years ago waiting for the doc to look at Judy's busted kneecap I noticed the cubicles had number signs. The signs had both the number printed and the Braille equivalent on both sides. The only problem was they were hung from the ceiling in front of each cubicle at least 10 feet above the floor. I guess the signs were for injured blind NBA centers. Bob

Logically, it is for the blind that identify as sighted, so when they take their driving test they dont have to look down when shifting gears.
