Question About Order Problems...

I purchased something from a seller via buy now. The FFL sent their info to the seller a week and change ago. The seller has yet to ship it. I've tried to contact them several times, email, messages. Everything goes unanswered. I've never had this problem with a seller on GB before so I'm a little lost on what to do. Like I said, ordinarily I'd just try to contact them and resolve it, but they seem to be ignoring any/all communication attempts. And I'm surprised about this, they're an FFL and have 1,000+ ratings all are A or A+.

Like I said, this has not been my typical experience with sellers on GB so I have zero experience with dealing with these things.

    ...You need to contact GB SUPPORT...nothing can be done here to resolve ANY auction side problems...this post will be locked...

    I wasn’t looking for help. I was looking for suggestions on how to GET that help lol. I’m pretty new to GB and I just buy a gun or two here and there and have never had a bad experience. Sorry, was just trying to understand the process.

    ...I didnt mean what I said in a "mean" way, just saying that you need to contact GB support for help...they are sometimes hard to contact, just keep trying...

    If it's a larger retailer, it's possible that they didn't have the item "in stock" when you bought it, and are having it drop shipped from a wholesaler. If that's the case, they don't make much of an effort to contact you, and the shipper/wholesaler will send you the tracking number, and it could take a few weeks. I would periodically check to see if your C/C has been charged, and go from there. If nothing else, cancel the charge, and that should get their attention.

    after nearly two weeks I sent one last email threatening to do a chargeback and mysteriously a USPS tracking number got generated and the order got marked shipped literally 40 minutes after. Funny that huh?

    Doing a stop payment on a USPS money order has about the same effect.
