Magazine ID help please...

This was given to me, so I have no idea what it fits, and appears to be .22 caliber. Any help, or ideas are appreciated.

  ....with a home made floor plate. Maybe a competitive shooter who didn't want to damage factory mags when they hit the concrete floor of the range.
