The office of the D.C. chief medical examiner has determined that Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick suffered two strokes and died of natural causes the day after he worked to defend the Capitol during the Jan. 6 riot.

This has been reported by various outlets for months now, but has been ignored by the mainstream media, Congress, whomever is in charge of the White House, etc.
It is a lot easier to keep the domestic terror threat alive if there is blood on their hands.

It's really a crime they had intel on The D.C, protest and what was coming but failed to thwart the attack however then it's what a evil regime would do to gain a political advantage over another. Burning their own Reichstag in 1933 was done to imprision all communists eventually after a Democratic election.
