Its name is BRUCE JENNER. He is a biological male and still equipped as such. Caitlyn is his now legal name but he is a man, not a woman. He has never been and can never be a woman.
I would think Jenner would fit right in as California governor.
He seems a better choice for Governor than Rachel (RICHARD) Levine is for US Department of health leader

well putting aside my personal feelings about such things as the two hundred categories' of self identifying sexes .
she will most likely be better for Kaliforina from what my wife tells me ( wife keeps on such things in politics more then I ) Caitlyn is republican liked and supported Trump and has a better out look on guns
my wife she said the "left hate it" with a passion in fear Jenner might win , for me that's good enough endorsement

gotta agree with bruce, he was born a male, no matter what you want to cut off, sew up,or silicone up, he will still be a he. he may wish, want and say his is something else but he is still a HE, although a really, really weird one.....

But if she has the balls (so to speak) to stand up for America and the Constitution, I'll compromise on her weirdness.

Heshe seems fiscally conservative, though some would classify heher as socially liberal.

Kevin Faulconer (R) is also running for governor. If I remember correctly he played a part in getting a recall. I don't know if Jenner will pul more votes from the conservative or liberal voters. If he/she pulls more liberal voters then mabe Kevin Faulconer has a chance. I tried to find out his position on Gun control but did not find anything. To quote Jean Seeberg in the movie "Paint Your Wagon" she said "I don't know what I'll get but I know what I've had".
