This little fur ball followed me home
Picked this guy up from a shelter today. They said he was Great Dane/Hound mix, I don't see the Dane part, but I would say he's got some catahoula in him. No name yet, I like to wait a couple of days to see what his personality is like.

I'd reckon he comes from a long line of Ozark sleep under the porch hounds. That may be his best effort right there. I hope you have one of those Ozark places with the outer walls made of sandstone slabs. He will blend right in. You might need to get a car seat on the porch for him to sleep on.

You can send a DNA test off if you want to know what he's made of. The brindle coloring shows up in some great dane lines.
