Went to an auction Saturday.
Went to an auction where firearms and a whole lot of ammo was being sold. Guns went for out of sight prices. One I was going to bid on until I saw it. Looked like it was dragged to the auction and the barrel looked like a badly plowed cornfield. Good shape I figured about 1200. It went for 2250. Older ithaca 37 plain barrel went for little over 800. Ammo was another story. Factory 30-06, $50, box. Reloads going for 37-40. All I bought was a cup of coffee, no bidding.

I go to a lot of auctions and that's how the majority of them turn out.

Dont buy it unless you absolutely need it at these prices.If we keep buying it,they will keep charging it.
