How do you actually get an answer from Gunbroker?
I had a buyer cancel an order with me because the ammo he ordered didn't fit his rifle. I told him to cancel with Gunbroker. Later, when I went to mark an other order shipped, I accidentally marked the cancelled order shipped. (I don't use Gunbroker for shipping). Apparently the buyer didn't or couldn't cancel with Gunbroker. When I wrote Gunbroker about what happened all I received was a reply that had absolutely nothing to do with my request.

Ship the ammo to me, problem solved!

Do a request credit report after the 5 days or so.

The buyer bid and won. Ship him his ammo and keep his money.
If it "doesn't fit his gun", he just learned a valuable lesson.

My results are similar. If it's a normal working day/time I get a response within about 20 minutes the last two times (both times within the last two months). That's from an actual person not the automated response thingy.

He's being polite, and more importantly, he's not blaming Gun Broker for anything. A quick exit can be obtained by giving advice on how GB should run the auctions. I'm as partial to those threads as I am to the members who feel the need to provide me with free advice on how to run the forums!
