Extended User Verification: Where to send DL and utility bill

I'd be happy to use approach 1 and pay the $2, but as many folks point out that doesn't work. Where do I send the following:

1. Send a copy of your driver’s license and a utility bill matching the contact information you have on file with GunBroker.com.
