Saw the bone doc
Having surgery on Thursday. Getting anchor screws and stitches to pull the muscle into place and staples to hold it there. Crutches and leg brace for six weeks. Doc says should be about three months total to heal.

Sorry you have to go through that, but hopefully it will all work out and you heal completely. Stay away from those nurf guns...

That is a long recovery time, as long as a knee replacement. Good luck and I hope it works out for you.

Thank you all. One good thing out of this. Thumb on left hand is acting up. Needs a steroid shot in the joint at the base. Doc is going to do it while I'm out. Have had them while awake and they aren't fun.
