    Almost like something my mother did one Easter. She bought chocolate rabbits for grandkids. She loved chocolate and she ate the ears off of the chocolate rabbits before Easter. Luckily the stores had more rabbits because she had to buy new ones or scar the grandkids for life by giving them rabbits with no ears.

    A bit of trivia for you- when anesthetics first became available, they were rather scarce, expensive, and subject to theft. Many Docs would attach their ether to a heavy collar worn by a large dog, figuring the thief would not mess with the dog.

    However, one Doc was robbed by a smart thief who brought along some puppy treats. In response, Doc figured he could use his pet rabbit- the animal was extremely shy of strangers, and could run too fast to be caught. So he had a collar made for the rabbit, clipped his drugs to the collar, and had no more thefts.




    Say- aren't you a little old to believe in the Ether Bunny?
