    I thought the US was part of the 1997 Mine Ban Treaty. I looked around and I see that DJT rescinded the treaty.


    Wow I didn't know that.


    I do know that in 2005 we were going to use Claymore mines and had to get written permission from a 3 star General to do so.

    I do know that in 2005 we were going to use Claymore mines and had to get written permission from a 3 star General to do so.

    I always thought they would work well at our southern border along with the wall. Warning signs written in Spanish using very big letters.

    This is only a wild-ass guess, but I'd assume that the item pictured is a dummy unit used to train mine sweeper crews in detecting sea mines placed by belligerent forces.
