Presidential or Executive orders should not trump law no matter what the president's name is.

It's back door firearm registration and they know it so they called it a Background check instead. That's the way they worked in D.C. now. By Hook and crook ! A ghost gun is just that and soon it will be outlawed to build one. Just watch.

Might as well do background checks on hematite and bauxite purchases.

gun owners are under a never ending attack from ever possible direction and method

it will never stop until they completely do away with all guns

Trump claimed to be the great 2nd amendment supporter time and time again every speech so what he do declared bump stocks illegal millions of dollars and a company forced out and countless customers out the money they spent sure seemed like a strong argument for his support besides the republicans had complete control of the government and crickets on rolling back old gun laws or placing news ones in place that no one could ever question or challenge the constitution again so many things they could have done .

do not get me wrong I think he a lot of great things for the country that took crazy Joe three days to completely void

A DV conviction is already makes you unable to purchase a gun.

Ghost guns are an easy target, low hanging fruit for the fruit-loop POTUS to read his teleprompter and tell the morons that voted for him they are a huge problem.

Biden's today only made, Executive actions

" Executive orders are published in the Federal Register and are legally binding. They give presidents the power to create unilateral directives, though they can be overturned if a court rules they’re unconstitutional. Executive orders remain in place until rescinded or modified by a president, reversed by a court or nullified by legislation."

    But today was Executive actions

"Executive actions, by contrast, bear little weight. They’re not published in the Federal Register and aren’t subject to legal review. But these so-called threats-to-orders often draw reactions as sharp as the responses to orders themselves."

    Spot on Hoosier.

Any executive action on guns is nothing more than a suggestion (or directive) to ATFE to find a way to re-word law on what legally defines a gun. Very difficult to, and often struck down by the courts.

If these nutjobs that go on a shooting sprees and are willing to die rather than be captured, can't get guns what is the government going to do when the killers start making bombs including suicide vests? When guns aren't easily available but the killings don't stop, just the methods the killers use what is the government going to do next? In one county in Florida the cops there are showing how it can go and it is not pretty. See the attached link. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vzeN3b1NTWQ

I sincerely hope the businesses who are selling 80% lowers are destroying their records. They have no legal requirement to keep those records so not a violation of any law.

The "post life apparition" guns are a fact of life and no amount of ex post facto regulation is going to get them on the ATF books.
