OK, I know you guys don't care much for pro-sports ( me also) but even semi-pro (college). Anybody that watched tonight's late game and didn't find it exciting, please have someone call 911. You may be already dead. 😅

Oh wow! Didn't watch, but it appears UCLA came to play.
My Razorbacks lost to Baylor Monday, who won today quite handily.
Ready for the finale!

Pfffffffft. You want exciting? Watch the Bruins / Penguins game from this morning. It's about damn time the Bruins grew a set and played the game like it's meant to be played!

Buzzer beater for UCLA

Zags had all they wanted and then some. Now who to bet on Monday is my question. What a shot and he knew it was going the whole time.

Maybe we should, figure skating is a popular sport to watch.

If they win against Baylor they will be the first team in 45 years to run the table.

Right, austin20. Keith Smart from the left corner with the clock expiring for the win. IU could have probably made it the year before if Scott May hadn't broken his arm.

Jeff your mixing up years. Keith Smart was 87 and I remember it well. 75 was the year May broke his arm. A local kid from our county played on the 75 team, Steve Green from Sellersburg.

Yes Scouts, I was mixed up. My wife tells me that all the time. I remember Steve Green too. Coach Knight was on CH 13 sports tonight but don't know if he was here or not. My guess he is. They had an interview with Quinn Buckner also.
I go through Sellersburg now and then. I have a pal that does cerakote for me in KY.

I recorded the game, and erased it as soon as the last buzzer buzzed. Figured if I watched it again the Bulldogs would lose.
Gonzaga has come of age this year. In the past, they would have folded when they got behind late in the second and in OT.

Is the Gonzaga coach going to throw a chair tonight ?

Coach Few has built a solid program there. This just might be their year.

I don't think he ever has.

I didn't quite understand the comment either.
Briefly, in college, I played for a one-time assistant of Bobby Knight. An excellent person, who put the welfare and education of his players first. I was not good enough or (to be truly honest) dedicated enough to play at the college level, so after some disappointing mid-term exams in my first semester, made the decision that studying would serve me much better than basketball.

I get asked if I play basketball all the time. I never know quite how to answer that? Usually I go with "professionally?"

Hoping for a buzzer beater

Coach Knight is a really good man, he put his players first. At one time he had a graduation rate over 95% with his four year players

I've watched better Championship games. Baylor had it all the way without a doubt

Ain't that the truth, S-F.
I recorded it, and started hitting the FF button after a couple of minutes. Hit play with around 3 minutes to go and just deleted the game.
It was over within the first two minutes.
This is what Few's teams used to do. After the win over UCLA, where they stuck with it during the final minutes and through the OT, I had thought they had turned a corner.
Oh well, always a Bride's Maid, never a Bride...

Gonzaga had too many turn overs and allowed to many offensive rebounds in the first 10 minutes of the game. Gave Baylor a possession advantage which Baylor made good use of. They just got down to far to a good team early in the game. Playing catch up is hard and can destroy a game plan fast, it really reduces your options. Hats off to Baylor, they played their top game at the right time and beat a very good team.
